free?
A. From the top menu bar, click on "Member" or
first page and then click link on "register".
A New user registration form will appear. Fill your information
and then click on the "Register" button.

How do I update my profile information?
A. Login to your account. Click a link on "Update your
profile". Now type in any changes you would like to
make. Click on "Update" when you have finisihed.

How do I confirm my reservation?
A. When you complete your reservation, you will get E-mail
confirm your hotel room within 24 hours. E-mail will contain
the details, price of your order , and when you receive
them you should follow an instruction inside that e-mail
to confirm or click a link "http://www.phanganaccommodation.com/confirm_center.php".
Fill your e-mail and order ID click on "Enter"
button, Customer confirm page will appear. Click "customer
confirm" and press the "Update"
button.
Another way to confirm your reservation is login to 'Member'.
Select 'Confirmation and Payment Center'
and fill your order ID press "Enter" button, Customer
confirm page will appear. Click "customer
confirm" and press the "Update"
button.

How do I make payment?
A. After you confirm your reservation at Confirmation
and Payment center, "Deposit
Payment Center" will appear. You
have "3
options" to make a deposit payment
to reserve you room.
1. By using you
credit card to pay
online with Siam Commercial Bank. It's fast
and secured with SSL 128 bit encryptions. SCB bank
will authorize your credit card in REAL-TIME after your
credit card information is submitted. Usually the authorization
process takes no longer than 2 minutes.
2. By using a fax
form. You could
print it out, fill in your credit card information and fax
to us.
3. Deposit by bank
transfer and fax a copy of the transfer slip
to us

How do I print-out my voucher?
A. After your deposit settled, you will get e-mail acknowlegement
of your deposit settled , and when you receive them you
should click a link "http://www.phanganaccommodation.com/print_voucher.php".
Fill your e-mail and order ID click on "Enter"
button, voucher page will appear.
Another way to print-out voucher is login to 'Member'.
Select 'Print vorcher' and
fill your order ID press "Enter" button, voucher

What does 'Order status' mean?
A. Order status can identify process of your booking.
Order status note:

received your order and working with your requested hotel.
- Room vacancy: -Your
requested hotel has reserved your room for you and waiting
for your confirmation
- Room occupied: -Your
requested room is not available.
- Customer confirm:

cancel: -We do not get your confirmation
and payment for 3 days.

What does 'Payment status' mean?
A. Payment status can identify result of pay online by your
credit card with Siam Commercial Bank.

How do I find and reserve a hotel with phanganaccommodation.com
?
A. From the left menu bar, click on "Reservations"
or click on "Quick search" button. you can select
hotels by locations, by price and by hotel name (A-Z), you
will see the selection of hotels. The hotels that we offer
are in the 3-star to 5-star categories, and will usually
have important features such as rooms, dining and recreational
facilities, etc. Amenities/facilities will be listed on
each hotel page.
Also, be sure to make your reservation for the full duration
of your stay, in order to avoid the unavailability if you
later decide to further your stay. Q.
How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
A. When you make a reservation with us, within 24 hours,
you will receive a confirmation room e-mail. Please keep
this e-mail, which will indicate your Order ID., for your
reference, and when you receive them you should follow an
instruction inside that e-mail to confirm or click a link"http://www.phanganaccommodation.com/confirm_center.php".
Fill your e-mail and order ID click on "Enter"
button, Customer confirm page will appear. Click "customer
confirm" and press the "Update"
button and make a deposit payment.
After we receive your payment. we will send you a hotel
check-in voucher showing booking details via an e-mail within
24 hours. This voucher can then be presented upon check-in
at the hotel.

What if hotel that I selected is not available ?
A. You will be receive notified via an e-mail within
24 hours and suggestion you choose another hotel.
Q.
have not receive any mail from us after 48 hours. Why?
A. If you have not received any word from us via
email after 48 hours, it means your reservation is still
on the hotel's waiting list; either due to high demand or
the temporary unavailability of the hotel's computer reservation
system. Please also check whether your e-mail is incorrect
and we are unable to get back to you. We really appreciate
this.

What do you mean by prepaid or prepayment rates?
A. Prepaid or prepayment rates means that a full payment
must be made to phanganaccommodation.com once the reservation
is confirmed. Q.
Why is my reservation prepaid?
A. Prepaid rates make sure that you receive the lowest possible
rate available at the time of booking. You are charged first
for any reservations made to guarantee the booking and the
rates are not susceptible to any changes. All reservations
in phanganaccommodation.com are prepaid. Q.
What is the latest time that I can make my reservation ?
A. We accept bookings that are made at least 3 days
before the check-in date.

Do I need a credit card to make a hotel reservation ?
A. Yes. All Bookings are on prepayment basis. For your convenience,
we offers credit card payment directly from our web site.
We accept payment by Visa, Master Card, JCB.

Is there any fee using phanganaccommodation.com ?
A. There is no charge to use Modern Thailand for
reserving hotels and, in fact, you will usually save a lot
of money by booking at our special rates.

The hotel's reservation is made under your name. You can
check-in with either a hotel check-in voucher or your passport
(showing the same name as when you fill out our reservation
form).

A. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the

What do you mean by Single, Twin or Triple room?
A. - A Single room type is meant for one adult in a room
with a single bed.
- A Twin room type is meant for
two adults in a room with either two single beds, a queen-size
bed or a king-size bed.
- A Triple room type is for a maximum
of three adults in a room. The bed configuration could be
two singles with a rollaway, a queen-size bed with a rollaway
or a king-size bed with a rollaway. Normally, you can make
a special request for queen-size or king-size beds, depending
on availability.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person ?
A. All of our listed rates are per room, NOT per person
(unless otherwise specified). Moreover, there is no charge
for children under 5 years old sharing a room with parents
with no extra bed. Q.
Are taxes included in the rate ?
A. Yes. For your convenience and instead of others onlines
companies, our rates are in BAHT including all taxes and
service charges, it means that you do not have to pay more.

A. If there are any meals included in the price, this will

How do I cancel the hotel reservation I have made?
A. 1. Just login into your account and click a link on "Cancellation
Your Booking",
cancel booking page will appear, fill your e-mail and order
ID, then press on "Cancel Booking" button.

sure that you send us
your order ID, your name and the name of the hotel.

Can I make changes to my reservation?
A. ONLY reservation that have NOT been fully paid or confimed
can be change. For reservation that has been fully paid,
you must cancel your reservation and make a new reservation.
Whether or not you get a refund depends entirely on the
Cancellation and Refund Policy. Q.
How and when can I get a refund?
A. For credit card payment mode, you will get your refund
into your credit card account. phanganaccommodation.com
will inform your bank immediately but it can take up to
four weeks for the crediting to go through, depending on
how efficient your bank is. Take note that all cancellations
and refunds are subject to a 5% bank transaction fee, and
Cancellation Charge.
